Why....does the celebration of your "day" always result in me doing something outrageous?
I'm a grown ass man...i shouldn't be doing cartwheels.

don't eat yellow snow
it's great advice.
makes you wonder if you should dig a little deeper (brown snow)
(dirt...or other)
point is
when you see yellow snow...its best not to dig deeper
THAT advice...is not given out that often. because it hasn't been discovered yet.
but it will be!
right here on this blog. and THAT'S the beauty of technology.
first picture that came up on google search
(thats an ad for google by the way....
pay me)
Technology Report....that's the segment we doing Thursday nights.
and another thing....Wednesday nights...I decided...is going to be the Darts Wrap up
The segment will actually be called...."Toneighty Tonighty" (thanks G5)
and it will feature recounting of the darts escapades of Freddie J and G5 and Neo, and Deej, and Tex, and Bozz.....(lots of friends playing this season).
Hope you're ready.
now then....the Technology Report (see "technology-ish" picture above).

Have you seen these kids with their "smart phone's?"
I mean....what is the deal here?
We can be in the same room...and not say a WORD to each other!!
and somehow....that's acceptable. you're not being particularly rude. and to be honest...lets say you are playing a game...and the other person in the room...is playing that same game.
play a funny word...or something....get a little chuckle.
hell....you're both typing back and forth...she's laughing...you're laughing. givin her the quick glance
she's looking back

(most recent cell phone photo on file)
anyway...you're lookin like a Casanova....and you haven't done shit yet!
you haven't said a word to the girl...and she's gettin antsy to sit a little closer

antsiness level at around a 4 or 5...out of 6 (instect....not a spider)
point is....its pretty high.
and again...you're playing WORDS WITH FRIENDS (free ad) and ALSO again....you haven't said a word.
and you might get lucky tonight.
and good for you
but come on kids....what ever happened to "having a little game....not playing a little game" (idk if i just invented that...but if i did....dibs...on all the money and shit that comes in from that)
but right....the "game" should be like...."how am i going to convince her that her writing is really awesome...even though its the worst?"
or like....taking that one line of poetry you know by some obscure poet so you can be like..."hey...do you know...Will Chaundler?" (no....no one other that you're silly ass know who the crap Will Chandler is....he was probably some crappy professor at your school...who had ONE book published. and it was ONLY published...because he did it through the school he was studying at as part of his thesis or some crap.
whatever. he sucks. and no one knows him...and its because he is rotten at poetry)
so you have that one line of poetry...and she's all impressed because even though she doesn't get it...she just assumes you are like...at another level with your thinking...and you're so deep and shit.
so she starts to dig you.
THAT...is game ladies and gentlemen.

("I approve this message!")
(approval pending)
and THAT'S....the TECHNOLOGY REPORT

The truth about change
Change is a good thing....for the most part.
Let's take today as an example. This weekend marked the end of an era in American history. "The Palace", as we have come to know it....is no more.
To be honest, we aren't sure who has taken over the actual space. What we DO know, is that they are taking that space, and turning it into something much crappier than we had before. How do we know that? Science!

At any rate, today, I shall be visiting "The Complex."
I've only seen it from the outside....and it looks something like this...

I am theorizing....in my brain....that the inside should look something like this.....
(unconfirmed)
So yeah....the truth about change.
Today we are going to learn a valuable lesson about why change, is good and bad.
"The Complex" is different. That means things changed for Francis to be moving in to that spot. Truth time, the "Man on the Big Brown Couch" has actually found himself a beautiful woman to wife him (nicely done sir). She lives near her people. MOTBBC is going to move down there with her...leaving Francis, to find a new place to set up the studio.
Enter....."The Complex"
so see....change in this case....was kind of good....because MOTBBC is happy, and that's important in life.
But its also bad...because Francis has moved the studio light years away from where it was just at (close).
No matter....we shall adjust....which is incidentally, the very essence of KZZY, isn't it?
It stands for whatever it wants....WHENEVER it wants.
and now....wherever it wants (far away)
and that's the truth about change.

On the Gold
We started a new segment called "On the Gold" which is basically a chance to talk about Gold Rush, one of the finest and most frustrating television programs on the air today.
That said, we have both been following the show each of its two seasons. This year went INFINITELY better than last year (for real). Which is the ONLY reason we still watching (not down with the time wasting).
This week on "On the Gold" we lookin back on some of the hate we was wishin on Dakota Fred. He's a thief. Plain and simple. Came into this season colluding with that old man who owns the mine. snatched it up from the Hoffman's, and proceeded to brag about the gold he was gonna get in this spot. Covered up a BUNCH of their hard work from last season....only to uncover the shit weeks/months later, realizing that Jack Hoffman was right all along...
(salty old bastard....been spending mad time being old and shit....so he's wise)
anyway....back to hatin.
So yeah...he takes the damn mine, and ends up finding super great paydirt at the bottom of the glory hole that Jack Hoffman had been digging the year before.

....he stole it, and we hatin on him for that. plus for the way he just IS. can't stand his smile.....GAH!!
Dakota Fred....

You can steal the mine away from the Hoffman's....

But you can't steal the water away from your house....
and that sucks.

for your entertainment....maybe?
Subject: did i ever tell you about the time i invented the jelly-bean?
It was a Wednesday
Anyone who is anyone in the inventing business knows that Wednesdays are the best days for creativity.
And inventiveness (source for this information is still unconfirmed)
So it was a Wednesday…and I
was making tea. Anyone who is anyone in the inventing business knows
that tea is the best for creativity (source also unconfirmed)
And as I was getting to the
last sips of the tea, I noticed that there was some sugar and honey that
had collected at the bottom of the cup. And I thought, “well isn’t that
funny…I guess I didn’t mix if very well?”
And so I left it on the
table, and went back to my inventing. At the time, I was trying to
develop a foot massager that would also cut your toe-nails. Problem was,
the massaging motion, combined with the sharp nail
cutters, ended up turning the machine into more of a torture device
instead of a “home-spa” remedy that it was designed to be. But I was
determined.
Having forgotten that I
already took the last sip of my tea, I reached in desperation for my mug
(which had a picture of my youngest daughter, who was 3 at the time.
She was playing with our dog, Casey, and she was
holding an ice-cream cone…I loved that mug).
I quickly put the mug to my lips…and before I realized it was empty…a clumpy of sugar and honey rolled into my mouth.
Out of pure reflex, I chewed
the clump, only once…and quickly spit it out, realizing it was not the
delicious tea I desired, but rather a sticky clump of sugar.
Well….immediately I was expecting a horrible aftertaste….but was pleasantly surprised when all I tasted, was sweetness.
It was about that time that it dawned on me. “I’m an inventor damnit!!”
So I put the little clump of
sugar back in my mouth…and chewed it again, just to verify that it
wasn’t a fluke that it had tasted so good in that first bite.
It wasn’t….the little sugar
clump, was delicious. My problem was...how do I reproduce it? Was it the
warm tea combined with the sugars, and the tea flavoring that made it
so good? Could I actually make it again?
All of these questions
swarmed through my head as I steadily continued on the path of making my
foot massager work. Several bandaids later…I accepted that this foot
massager was flawed in concept…and would never work
right…regardless of how much I tinkered with it.
It was about that time that it dawned on me again…”you’re an inventor damnit!!”
So I set to working on a new invention (as I said, it was a Wednesday, so I knew the creative juices would be flowing).
I poured another cup of tea, but this time, I put in extra sugar, and extra honey.
The
result…was a disgusting cup of tea…however it left the most amazing
clump of sugar and honey at the bottom. So I took it out of the mug, and
started to roll little balls of it between my fingers…until I had about
3 or 4 of them.
So I let them sit for a few minutes…and then proceeded to eat them.
They were delicious. The team I was drinking at the time, was lemon.
As we all know…lemon is the
most disgusting flavor of the jelly-bean world. But the fact that I
could tolerate it, meant that I could only go UP from there.
So I experimented with different teas…different herbal combinations…etc.
The result….was the “honey-ball”
A name that was quickly
replaced by the “jelly bean” due to the shape of the ball once it rested
for a while…and the fact that no one wanted to eat something with the
name “honey-ball”. (source unconfirmed)
The end.
